Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept returns which have not been used or altered and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used or altered. We do not offer refunds, all returns will have to be exchanged to either the same product, another product or store credit.
We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Mottys Beauty Bar in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. You will be sent an email with the returns label that you’ll need to attach to your parcel (please make sure to put the product back in the packaging with which the item was delivered, then put this in a mailing bag, you can either turn the one we used to deliver to you inside out or buy a new mailing bag). Do not place the label directly on the product packaging. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage – you can find this, as well as your tracking number, on the returns label created for your parcel. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.
Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged product to you for a £6 fee
